Our usual workflow goes something like this: 1) Photoshoot 2) Upload to our computers 3) View all the images we shot and give the ones we consider acceptable as far as quality, clairity, composition a one star rating. 4) With a much more critical eye review all the one star rated photos. Those that pass get a two star rating. 5) The two star rated photos are prepared for the web. That is to say we reduce the size and resolution - basically you could call them 'digital proofs'. In most cases they have not been cropped or had any color correction.
When you select an image from us to print or to use in other photo products we always go back to the original image - crop it to the requested size and do any necessary corrections. In other words we do what is needed to produce the highest quality print/image possible.
For those parents who requested us to photograph their child we have created separate gallery containing the photos of your child from the different events.
